This splendid comfortable villa is situated in the hills overlooking Chaweng - the island's most popular tourist spot.

Villa Description:
The villa is detached with two double bedrooms both with en-suite facilities, one with a walk-in shower and the second with bathtub. There is a fully fitted western style kitchen and an open plan lounge/dining room. The villa has a beautifiul private 16 sq.m. pool and enjoys a sunrise aspect with sea and mountain views. Access to the villa is via steps leading from the car port.
A 4-seater vehicle is available with this rental (subject to valid drivers license being held by customer. Weekly maid service is included. Welcome pack of tropical flowers fruit and drinks will be in the villa on your arrival.
Extra information:
The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cot. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
The villa also has 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.
Entertainment:
The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.
Eating & Living:
There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Outside Environment:
The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a east facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
Close to the villa you will find golf, tennis, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, horse riding, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo.
